Delivery Information

Deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm unless otherwise agreed. We aim to deliver within five working days. Exterior stone orders may take 1-2 days longer and will arrive separetly to any interior products ordered. Any order that requires you to be at home for delivery will be co-ordinated directly with you at some point in advance of delivery.
The cost of delivery can be calculated at the checkout or by calling us on 0800 023 4118.
Please contact us if you require goods to be delivered on a more urgent or different time frame than is offered on our website, as we can usually accomodate this and quote accordingly.
The majority of orders are delivered on a pallet/crate via a large lorry with a tail lift and a pump truck to manually pull the pallet. Please inform us if the delivery address has restricted access, a gravel driveway or steep incline. Exterior stone is delivered by Hi-ab and most small or lightweight orders are delivered by courier.

We can not be held responsible for late delivery or failure of delivery due to incorrect delivery information being given or if restricted access is not advised. Goods should be inspected at the time of delivery for obvious signs of damage. Damages should be identified on the drivers delivery note.

Sample Information

Interior stone samples of tiles, mosaics and basins can be ordered by clicking on the 'REQUEST SAMPLE' button next to each item. Up to two of these samples are free of charge. If you require more than two samples we reserve the right to charge for postage. Samples are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post and generally take 2-3 days to arrive. Samples may take longer to arrive during busy periods and over bank holidays. If you require an urgent next day sample, please call our sales department on 0800 023 4118.

We also offer samples of our exterior stone. However, due to the heavy weight of these samples and labour involved we charge a minimum of £6.99 for delivery, 25p per flag sample and £1.00 for a full cobble sample. Delivery will be via courier and will take up to 3 working days. Exterior stone samples can be purchased online by adding a sample to your basket or ordered through our sales department on 0800 023 4118.

Samples are cuttings from the actual tile, flag or mosaic and will measure 100 x 100mm (in most cases). Cobble samples will be a whole cobble. Please bear in mind that natural stone varies in shade, colour and tone from tile to tile and although a sample is a good representative of what the stone will look like, each tile will not be an exact replica of the sample received.
